With a background in architectural glass, retail and furniture design, Lubin and McLean have shared responsibilities for the creative direction of the hardware company since its inception.

William Harvey lives and works in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Trained as a sculptor, Harvey has exhibited his fine art works in Washington, D.C. and New York. He has designed collections of home accessories since 1991. His work includes window hardware collections, furniture and tabletop items.

Heinz Pfleger was trained in Austria and now makes his home in Canada. He is one of North America's most talented metalsmiths. He concentrates primarily on one-of-a-kind architectural projects and fine furniture.

Jeff Goodman is a talented glass artist. He is known for creating large scale glass vessels. His sensuous and beautiful artworks have been placed in both commercial and residential interiors throughout North America.

Jeffrey Goodman and Steven Charlton have been creating remarkable interiors for over a decade. With a bi-coastal design practice their signature work can be seen in such places as the Marcel Hotel in New York.

Christopher Smith is an independent industrial designer, doing business under the name East Main. East Main provides design services for projects ranging from trade show exhibits to housewares and lighting,from furniture collections to consumer products.
